David Harrelson made motion to approve the minutes from the 5/17/2021 Planning minutes, Second by Jerry Barnett, all in favor.

Lot line adjustment/Lot split presented by Blew and Associates for Jeffery Price.
David Harrelson made motion to approve, Second by Jamie Smith, all in favor.
Troy advised that Preston Griffith had resigned from planning commission.
Update from Lynn Francis, parks committee working with NWARP on master trail plan.
Troy received fence ordinance information from Preston and would forward email to all members for review.
