Planning minutes 3/18/2024
Meeting called to order by Chairman David Harrelson with 5 members present David Harrelson, Jamie Smith, Jeff Brenaman, Mark Barnett, Bo Mabry.
Mark Barnett made a motion to approve the 2/19/2024 minutes, Bo Mabry second, all in favor.
New Business
1) Presentation by James Hepler with NWA Flex Space,
General discussion of presentation, Members mentioned, connecting to stub out off Dollar General parking lot, Fire alarm monitored off site, Sidewalk along road frontages, Knox Box.
2) Lot split request for parcel #745-00250-000 containing 2.17 acres. Create 2 tracts, Tract A to contain 1.17 acres, Tract B to contain 1.0 acre. Mark Barnett made motion to approve lot split Jamie Smith second All in favor. Lot split #2024-3
Jeff Brenaman made motion to adjourn, second by Mark Barnett all in favor.
