	Roll Call & Introductions – Teresa Graves was introduced as a new potential member

	Business A. July 2 Fireworks – Decision not to try to provide activities, but to promote Movie Night B. August 7 Elkfest Daytime Activities – Decision not to participate in daytime activities, and to use the evening activities to highlight the park/park committee C. August 7 Movie Night – a. Stephanie Cowan made a motion to have Movie night on August 7^th, Stephanie Burrell seconded. Paul Graham abstained. Motion passed. b. Stephanie Cowan made a motion to have Wish List Travel be the presenting sponsor and to cover the cost of the movie license ($395). Stephanie Burrell seconded. Paul Graham abstained. Motion passed. c. Paul Graham made a motion for Lynn Francis to purchase an inflatable screen with donated Wal-Mart gift card. Stephanie Cowan seconded. Motion passed. D. Next Meeting – July 14 – Meeting time changed to 7:30 at Park Stage to set up dry run of projector, screen, and soundsystem.

	Announcements/Discussion – Motion by Paul Graham to adjourn the meeting. Stephanie Cowan seconded. Meeting Adjourned at 7:41pm.
