A. November Minutes – Stephanie made a motion to accept the minutes as published. George seconded. Motion passed. B. Park Work Projects a. Update and/or Outstanding Repairs i. Concession Stand – still sees some flooding with serious rains. Suggestions for improvements included possibly putting in a raised floor or a French drain. b. Outstanding Projects i. Contact Master Gardeners about assisting with flower beds ii. Volleyball court – Committee should use gift card from Academy to buy a volleyball net. |

A. Committee Open Positions – discussion of possible new members to invite and ideas for identifying possible members. B. Committee Chairperson Position – Stephanie made a motion for Lynn to continue as Chairperson for 2021. George seconded. Motion passed. C. 2021 Meeting Dates – 2021 Meeting Dates will be: a. May 12, 2021 b. July 14, 2021 c. September 8, 2021 d. November 10, 2021 e. Dates will be changed/added as needed D. Long Term Planning a. Goals for 2021 – i. draft a multi-year improvement plan for the park ii. Host a Keep AR Beautiful Clean up b. Maintenance/Improvement Plan & Budget for 2022 i. Improve river access ii. Repair/upgrade Tennis Court |
