Public hearing/Planning meeting called to order at 7:00 by Chairman Troy Reed

With the following members present Troy Reed, Preston Griffith, Jamie Smith, David Harrelson.

Preston Griffith made a motion to approve the minutes of the  11/16/2020 Planning meeting, David Harrelson second, All in favor.

Public hearing requesting rezoning of 1.71 from C-1 to R-4

A member of the public ask how many units could possibly be allowed under Elkins land use code for R-4,

Answer 27 Maximum units under Elkins land use code for R-4.

Motion to approve rezoning from C-1 to R-4 made by Jamie Smith, second by David Harrelson, All in favor.
