Minutes

1. Chair, Alissa Noel, called meeting to order at 6:15 pm
2. Lindsay Watt, city council member, took roll: chairperson Alissa Noel, committee member Emily Kingsbury, committee member Lynn Francis, committee member Amber Widdowson, committee member Stephanie Cowan, and committee member LaNae Taylor. 
3. No minutes were approved since this was the first meeting of the newly formed committee.
4. No old/unfinished business to discuss.
5. New Business:
   1. Introductions of new members were done by each individual member. 
   2. Discussed many questions that need answered in regards to responsibilities of the committee, including:
      1.  park inventory
      2. the water fountain
      3. RV/Pavilion rental
      4. Concession stand rental
      5. the baseball park
      6. park maintenance
      7. committee record keeping 
      8. committee member terms
      9. park budget / non-profit potential
   3. Meetings were scheduled to be monthly on the 2nd Wednesday at the Elkins Public Library at 6:30 pm
