A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2022 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ELKINS, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of Elkins that it is necessary to review and approve the budget for 2022 for the City; and
WHEREAS, the proposed 2022 budget, attached hereto as Exhibit “A“, was presented at the regular City Council meeting, and has been reviewed and discussed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after thorough consideration, believes that approval of this budget for 2022 is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Elkins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elkins as follows:
The 2022 budget attached hereto as Exhibit “A“, is hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of Elkins.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of December, 2021.
