CITY OF ELKINS, WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE AMENDED
2019 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ELKINS, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of Elkins that it is necessary to review and approve the amended budget for 2019 for the City; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amended 2019 budget, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, was presented to the City Council at the City Council meeting held on July 18, 2019, and was reviewed and discussed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after through consideration, believes that approval of an amended budget for 2019 is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Elkins.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elkins, as follows:
The year 2019 Budget, as adopted on December 20, 2018, shall be, and hereby is, duly amended to reflect the changes attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference; and all such additional receipts and revenues and disbursements and expenditures as reflected in the attached Exhibit “A” are duly approved, ratified and confirmed.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council for the City of Elkins, Arkansas, this 18th day of July 2019.
