Approval of June 23 Meeting Minutes – Paul Graham made the motion; Teresa Graves seconded. No Discussion. Motion passed.
Business
A. August 7 Movie Night was discussed. General agreement that the events would need more support from volunteers and city employees to be able to continue in the future.
B. August 7 Park Survey Update. The survey has received a number of responses and will continue to remain open for public comment for the time being.
C. Elkins Parks & Trail Planning – Discussion of general committee priorities and next steps
D. Grant Application Calendar – Chairperson Francis presented a proposed list of possible grants that the committee could apply for in 2022 for park and trail improvements.
E. Next Meeting – November 10 @ 6:30pm – Location?
