Preston Griffith made a motion to approve the Planning minutes from 4/05/2021 second by David Harrelson, all in favor
Old Business
Review of rezoning request of 4.13 acres on N. Center tabled from 04/05/2021
David Harrelson made motion to deny request second by Preston Griffith all in favor
New Business
Large scale for multi family on Riverview submitted by Calvin Tackett. Committee members had some discussion and ask questions. Courtney McNair with Garver had spent several hours reviewing this on cities behalf and was unable to attend meeting. Preston made motion to table until 5/17/2021 when Courtney would be available to attend to answer any questions, second by David Harrelson. All in favor.
David Harrelson made motion to adjourn, Jamie Smith second, all in favor
