Planning Minutes 10/19/2020
Meeting called to order by Chairman Troy Reed at 7:00 pm
Members present Troy Reed, Preston Griffith, Jerry Barnett, Mary Cope, and Via teleconference David Harrellson.
Preston Griffith made a motion to approve the minutes of the 9/21/2020 Planning meeting, second by Jerry Barnett, all in favor
Old Business
Calvin Tackett presented his scaled down rezoning request that was tabled at the 9/21/2020 planning meeting. Citizens Michael Gene voiced concerns about potential increased drainage issues and increased trespassers on his property.
Preston Griffith made motion to approve Rezoning of 5.39 acres from A-1 to R-4, second by Mary Cope, all in favor.
New Business
Courtney McNair of Garver presented O’Reillys preliminary Single lot subdivision plat. No changes from large development that was previously approved.
Mary Cope made motion to approve preliminary plat, Preston Griffith second, all in favor.
At 7:20 Jerry Barnett made a motion to adjourn, Mary Cope second, all in favor.
