| Approval of December Meeting Minutes – Paul Graham made a motion to accept the minutes as presented, Stephanie Cowan seconded. Motion passed. | ||

A. Report from Parks Department B. August 7 Park Survey Summary – Paul made a motion to approve the summary as presented. Stephanie seconded. Motion passed. C. 2021 Annual Committee Report D. Review of the Elkins Active Transportation Plan – Tabled until February E. 2022 Elkins Family Fun Series Update a. Movie Night Themes b. Stephanie moved to approve Harry Potter contingent upon price. Paul seconded. c. Sponsorship Update F. Committee Chairperson Position; a. Motion by Paul Graham to nominate Lynn Francis, second by Stephanie. b. Motion by Paul Graham to close nominations. Stephanie seconded. Motion passed. G. Committee Secretary Position – Lindsay Watt offered to share duties with the Chairperson for note-taking. H. 2022 Planning & Goals – Discussion of planning document. Continue to focus on finalizing Active Transportation plan and developing a Strategic Plan for all parks. I. Next Meeting – February 9 @ 6:30pm – EPL Community Room |
