    Roll Call & Introductions

    Approval of January Meeting Minutes – Paul Graham made a motion to approve the minutes. Stephanie Cowan seconded. Motion passed.

    Business

            A. Report from Parks Department (Dalton) – Field update. April 23 Opening Day and Movie Night. Open the gates at 5:30p. Motion by Paul to accept the report. Second by Stephanie. Motion passed.

                                                                ii.      Harry Potter: Paul made a motion to only take cash sponsorships. Stephanie seconded. Motion passed.

    D. Review of the Elkins Active Transportation Plan – Motion from Paul to table until the next meeting. Second from Stephanie. Motion passed.
