Public hearing called to order by Troy Reed at 19:00
Rezoning request submitted by Calvin Tackett for 15.8 acres on Riverview.
Several citizens had comments, questions, and input. Mr. Tackett and business partner Mike Parker addressed concerns.

Planning meeting called to order by Troy Reed
Members present Jerry Barnett, Troy Reed, Preston Griffith, Mary Cope, and Via teleconference David Harrelson.
Preston Made a motion to appoint Try Reed as chairman of Planning Committee, Jerry Barnett second, all in favor.
David Harrellson made a motion to approve the minutes of the 7/20/2020 Planning meeting, second by Jerry Barnett, all in favor.

New Business
Mr. Tackett advised that he would like to scale down his rezoning request and return at a later date.
Preston made a motion to table rezoning request, David Harrellson second, all in favor.
