CITY OF ELKINS, WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2020 BUDGET
FOR THE CITY OF ELKINS, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, the Elkins City Council has received a draft budget from the Mayor of Elkins and finds it is necessary to consider, review and approve a budget for the year 2020 for the City of Elkins; and

WHEREAS, the proposed 2020 Elkins Budget, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, has been reviewed and discussed by the City Council which has inquired of the administration and staff; and

WHEREAS, the City Council, after thorough consideration, believes that approval of the 2020 Elkins Budget, which may be amended as necessary and required, is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Elkins.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elkins as follows:

The 2020 Elkins Budget attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, is hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of Elkins, which shall be amended throughout the year as is necessary and required and in accordance with Arkansas law.
