A RESOLUTION TO APPROE AND ADOPT AN AMENDED INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR REVENUE AND EXPENSE SHARING BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF ELKINS, ARKANSAS, THE CITY OF GOSHEN, ARKANSAS, AND WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS
WHERE AS, the City Council for the City of Elkins, Arkansas, hereby approves and desires to adopt the amended Interlocal Agreement for revenue and expense sharing by and between the City of Elkins, the City of Goshen, and Washington County; and
WHERE AS, the City Council of the City of Elkins, hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk, to execute the agreement with the City of Goshen and Washington County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the the City Council of the City of Elkins as Follows:
Section 1. That the amended Interlocal Agreement for revenue and expense sharing by and between the City of Elkins, Arkansas, the City of Goshen, Arkansas and Washington County, Arkansas is approved and attached hereto as Exhibit “A” by the same is hereby adopted.
