AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2.24.06 OF CHAPTER 2.24 OF TITLE 2 OF THE ELKINS’ MUNICIPAL CODE.O
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ELKINS, ARKANSAS, That, effective 12-31-2010, Section 2.24.06 of the Elkins’ Municipal Code entitled Health Insurance is repealed in its entirety.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th-day of October, 2010.
