    Approval of 4/17/2023 minutes

    New business

    1)    Lot Split request for Morgan irrevocable family Trust. Parcel #001-10879-000 containing 84.57 acres. Request to split creating 2 parcels. Parcel #1 to contain 68.021 acres, Parcel #2 to contain 16.549 acres.

    2)    Lot line adjustment request for Jeremy Bailey. Request to adjust between Parcel # 745-01263-000 containing 19.74 acres to contain  13.36 acres and Parcel #745-01261-000 containing 8.44 to contain 14.82.

    3)    Lot split request for Robert Daugherty Trust. Request to split parcel #745-00297-004 containing 2.07 acres to create 2 parcels. Parcel 1 to contain 1.36 acres, Parcel 2 to contain 0.67 acres.
