2) Lot split request to Split Parcel 745-00340-000 containing 1.90 acres. Tract 1 to contain 0.91 acres and Tract 2 contain 0.63 acres, Tract 3 to 0.35 acres
3) Lot Split request to split Parcel 745-00339-000 containing 9.25 acres
Tract 1 to contain 6.0 acres Tract 2 to contain 3.25 acres
4) Stokenbury Farms Phase 2 final plat for Phase 4. Courtney with Garver has performed review and will be in attendance to give recommendations.
