    Roll Call & Introductions

    Approval of June Meeting Minutes – Paul Graham made a motion to approve the minutes. Stephanie Cowan seconded. Motion passed.
    Business

    1. 2022 Elkins Family Fun Series
    1. Movie Night Themes
      1. Ball Field Opening Day – April 23
      2. Harry Potter – July 23 Logistics; Collaboration with Friends of the EPL  
      3. Third Movie Night – 
        1. Decided to look at the end of September/Early October based on available dates at Community Center/Conflicts with football schedule.
        2. Stephanie Cowan offered to look into the copyright info for the Brandon Burlsworth movie Greater.
      4. Possibility for final Holiday event depending on Greater movie cost

    B. Committee Newsletter

    1. Create pdf and post to city website
    2. Work on surveys for future movie nights/events

    C. Independence Day Celebration Discussion – Suggestions for next year – more than one snow cone truck next year. Have concession stands open later, 7pm.

    D. Parks Strategic development Plan

    1. Discussion of Maintenance Needs
      1. Discussion of Safety Inspection needs
    2. Discussion of Development Plan

    E. Ballfield Proposal – Paul made a motion to suggest the City of Elkins enter into a partnership with a nonprofit to run the Elkins Sports Complex from Jan. 31 to July 31, or for the length of the Washington County Civic League season. Stephanie seconded. Motion passed.

    F.  Paul Graham made a motion to adjourn. Stephanie Cowan seconded. Meeting adjourned at 8:05pm.
