    Variance request presented by Dan Bartlett for Dollar General

    1. Requesting a waiver for Section VI Large Scale Development subsections 6.3,6.4,6.5,6.5,6.7,6.8 pertaining to Commercial zoning  abutting Residential zoning.

    Courtney McNair with Garver gave staff report with approval conditions on page 7, Jeff Brenaman made motion to approve with staff suggestions from Garver. Bo Mabry second, All in favor.

    1. Requesting a waiver for parking Section VII Subsection 7.1.19

    Requesting a reduction from 53 to 35 parking spaces, Members had discussion and Courtney McNair gave staff report with approval conditions. Jeff Brenaman made motion to approve with staff report suggestions from Garver plus add a third ADA spot. Jamie Smith second, all in favor.

     

    Mayor Reed discussed with members the possibility of reducing to one monthly planning meeting. All member agreed, Next meeting February 20 th.

    Jeff Brenaman made motion to adjourn, Bo Mabry second, all in favor.
