Present:
Mayor Troy Reed, Council Member Mary Cope, Council Member Anna Drake, Council Member Eric McGill, Council Member Jeff Graves, and Attorney Tom Kieklack. Absent Council Member Matt Francis
- Mayor Troy Reed called the City Council Meeting of the City of Elkins to order at 7:00 p.m.
- Council Member Chris Smiley led the invocation.
- Council Member Jeff Graves led the Pledge of Allegiance.
- City Clerk, Teresa Graves, took roll: Council Member Anna Drake, Council Member Mary Cope,
Council Member Chris Smiley, Council Member Eric McGill, Council Member Jeff Graves. Absent Council Member Matt Francis
- Approval of Minutes: Approval of October 19,2023 minutes:
Council Member McGill made a motion to approve the City Council Meeting Minutes of October 19, 2023. Council Member Cope seconded the motion. A voice vote was called and all voted “aye” the issue passed unanimously.
