Sign-ups will be at Elkins City Hall, 1874 Stokenbury Road, Elkins, AR. Friday January 17, 2020 from 5pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday February 1st, 2019 from 9 am to 12:00 pm. (Forms will be available at sign-up)
Sign-up forms and information can be found at our website https://elkins.arkansas.gov or can be picked up at City Hall anytime from 8am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday and returned during those times as well.
Coaching applications are available as well for anyone wanting to coach.
Deadline to sign-up is February 28th.
