Lexi Sanders and her organization Arkansas Snake Identification will host a herpetology session about local snakes at 12 noon, Saturday, Jan. 28, in the Elkins Public Library Community Room. She will bring several snakes to see and one to touch or hold. There will also be someone giving advice on good practice, safety, and giving basic information as well as answering any questions about local snakes. This is a family-friendly event for all ages.
