CITY OF ELKINS, WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS AN ORDINANCE APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF O’REILLY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ELKINS
WHEREAS, the Elkins Planning Commission, has ascertained that the final plat submitted for the O‘Reilly Addition to the City of Elkins should be approved and has recommended approval to the Elkins City Council and the City Council agrees that the final plat should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED, by the City Council of the City of Elkins, as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby agrees that the final plat for the O‘Reilly Addition of the City of Elkins should be approved.
Section 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict, and if any portion of this ordinance shall be found to be invalid or illegal for any reason, the remaining portions of this ordinance shall remain in full effect.
